He has been instrumental in organising a large number of national as well as international conferences in his field. He has been the organising secretory of first ever fellowship course (FALS) of Robotic Surgery in India. He is also credited to be organising secretory of the first ever robotic cadaver workshop in the world. He is also a teaching faculty for Conceptual surgery, an online teaching platform for resident surgeons.

Dr Pandey was the Organising secretory of first ever FALS (Fellowship course for Robotic Surgery) 2021 in India, under the aiges of Indian Association of Gastro-intestinal & Endoscopic Surgeons. Along with that he also donned the cap of Organising secretory for Robotic Hernia surgery in 2021 and Co-organising secretory for GI Surgicon 2019. He has been instrumental in organisation of many robotic and minimal access conferences and workshops including world’s first Robotic cadevar workshop at Delhi NCR.
He has been associated with some of the prestigious hospitals of Delhi NCR in past. Currently, he is practising as a Senior Consultant at Institute of Minimal Access, Bariatric & Robotic Surgery at Max Super speciality Hospital, Vaishali (Delhi NCR) besides his clinic at Indirapuram.
